Certified Personal Training: Approach and Structure
Before you begin your first personal training session, I will give you a physical fitness assessment. This assessment provides me with the necessary information to customize a health and fitness plan that fits you – no cookie-cutter approaches here!
After the assessment, we will be ready to schedule your first personal training session. Sessions can vary, depending on your level of athleticism, personal goals, and the data from your assessment, however I will always push you to reach your personal best on that day. I am also an advocate of using a heart rate monitor during your sessions. A heart rate monitor helps me keep an accurate record of your BPM (beats per minute) during each activity, which allows me to track your progress and current health condition.
My individualized approach to your training sessions will provide all areas of your health and fitness with the balance needed for success. Whether you enjoy running, cycling, swimming, hiking, individual or team sports, I am enthusiastic about helping you maintain your athletic lifestyle.
