• The personal training sessions are held in a private, fully equipped studio, conveniently located in Richardson, TX. There are no gym fees, no waiting for equipment, or noisy distractions. This will guarantee my clients an optimal workout, while eliminating the issues surrounding inconsiderate behavior. If you desire, I can also create a personal playlist for you to enjoy during your training sessions. It’s the PTS way.

  • We have a full range of free weights and equipment, such as Inspire’s Urethane Dumbbells that range from 5lbs-100lbs and the trendy Hammer Strength Isolated Leg Press, which will allow you to maximize your training sessions. For optimal cardio training, we have the Assault Runner Pro Self-Propelled Treadmill and other first-rate equipment to enhance your personal training experience. We also offer workout towels, cold bottled water, shower accessibility and pre-workout snacks if needed.

  • Wellness encompasses the whole person -- spiritual, mental, physical, social, and emotional. The physical aspect of your Wellness is very important and as your personal trainer, I will be committed to assisting you to achieve your fitness goals. However, I have learned since becoming a Certified Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach, we should be pursuing all aspects of Wellness. With that in mind, my approach with my personal training clients is to implement interactive Wellness techniques, which complements the whole person. I look forward to assisting you in maintaining your Wellness, for years to come.


Certified Wellness Coaching

Wellness encompasses the whole person -- spiritual, mental, physical, social, and emotional. As a Certified Personal Wellness Coach, I will help you find balance between your mind and body by providing guidance in the areas of physical activity, nutrition, stress management, and health.  Based on our conversations, I will develop a customized wellness plan specific to your needs, with strategies and solutions to support you in achieving realistic goals.  

Wellness sessions take place in person or by telephone. A confidentiality agreement will be put in place and all information discussed during the wellness sessions will be held in the strictest confidence. Together we will discuss the issues in your life that are causing you the most challenges with your wellness, and I will guide you to empower yourself to find solutions.
