Personal Training
Your journey to wellness at Personal Training with Steven starts with a free fitness assessment. This assessment provides me with the necessary information to customize a plan that meets your goals. Personal training sessions take place in a private, fully equipped studio, conveniently located in Richardson, TX. There are no gym fees, waiting for equipment, or contending with the noise and distractions of a public gym. I also offer Wellness Coaching to help you find balance with your mind and body.
To complement the training, a registered dietitian on my team, is available at an additional cost. They will plan a comprehensive diet program to keep you healthy and on-track to meet your goals.
Change comes from within, however, a little help facilitating change can go a long way. With these tools and customized fitness, I look forward to assisting you in maintaining your goals for years to come.
Wellness Coaching
Wellness encompasses the whole person -- spiritual, mental, physical, social, and emotional. As a Certified Personal Wellness Coach, I will help you find balance between your mind and body by providing guidance in the areas of physical activity, nutrition, stress management, and health. Based on our conversations, I will develop a customized wellness plan specific to your needs, with strategies and solutions to support you in achieving realistic goals.
Wellness sessions take place in person or by telephone. A confidentiality agreement will be put in place and all information discussed during the wellness sessions will be held in the strictest confidence. Together we will discuss the issues in your life that are causing you the most challenges with your wellness, and I will guide you to empower yourself to find solutions.
