What qualifications do you have as a personal trainer?
I am a Certified Personal Trainer. I also have a Certification in Biomechanics of Resistance Training, Dietary Guidance, and Wellness/Life Coaching. I am also a Running Coach.
How long have you been working as a personal trainer in Richardson?
I have been working as a trainer in Richardson since 2006.
Do you offer personalized workout plans?
Yes, I do. My workout plans have a foundation for fitness, but my plans can be customized to fit your goals, i.e., running, tennis, strength training and competitive sports.
What is your cancellation policy?
My policy is 24 hours’ notice to reschedule your appointment and one rescheduled appointment per training cycle.
Do you provide a free consultation or trial session?
I offer a free assessment, with no commitments.
What is your approach to fitness and training?
Moderation and consistency. You can achieve your wellness goals by being consistent and modest. You should never be anxious about your wellness, take it easy on yourself.
Do you offer online or virtual training sessions?
No, I do not. I have a private studio with state-of-the-art equipment, for exclusive training. This will guarantee my clients an optimal workout, while eliminating the issues surrounding inconsiderate behavior.
Can you help with weight loss and nutrition advice?
Yes, I can. I am Certified in Dietary Guidance, which allows me to discuss micronutrients, macronutrients and caloric intake. I also have a dietitian on my team, for an additional cost, to assist you with the technical aspects of nutrition and meal planning.
What should I bring to my training sessions?
I advise you to bring water and a towel. I do have towels and cold bottled water, at no cost, in case you forget your items.
How often should I train with a personal trainer?
1-3 times per week, depending on your goals and budget.
